Regency Centers API Help Page

Introduction

Regency Centers allows REST clients to authenticate themselves with a user name and password using basic authentication.

Supplying Basic Auth Headers

If you need to you may construct and send basic auth headers yourself. To do this you need to perform the following steps:

Build a string of the form username:password
Base64 encode the string
Supply an "Authorization" header with content "Basic " followed by the encoded string, e.g. "Basic YWRtaW46YWRtaW4="

OData Supported Methods

You may use the following OData options in the request url to perform server side actions which can decrease the amount of data going over the wire. These are only applied to end-points that return a Queryable collection.

$filter - Filters the results, based on a Boolean condition. https://apiDev.regencycenters.com/api/centers?$filter=Region eq ‘Tampa’
